		<description>I have been working a book called Shrink Yourself - Break free from emotional eating forever by Roger Gould.  It really answered somethings for me that Geneen Roth started for me... I have had several ah ha moments with it.. 

I think what I discovered more deeply is just how much my internal critic has been running the show.  And I am learning to talk back..</description>
