For me this is a no brainer. Out doors is where I release my stress. Mowing the lawn, tending to my flowers, pulling weeds. During this time I talk to my self and everything around me.....Crazy ...Yes. But I seem to be able to work out whatever is bringing these emotions to the surface and I have a wonderful day.
